چکیده

Insufficient blood flow to the proximal femur causes osteonecrosis of femoral head, which is known as head avascular necrosis (AVN). The underlying pathogenesis unclear, risk factors are likely influence microcirculation somewhat, but this has not been confirmed by research. In more than 75% cases, affects head. Methods: From August 2019 March 2022, 4 patients with FBAN were analyzed retrospectively. findings seen in hip MRI radiographs reported radiologically FBAN. Results: Patients severe back, hip, leg pain whose clinic radiology do match lumbar pathology should plan a MRI. Because this, it may be misleading for people radiculopathy, radiculopathy even real. really coming from often felt lumbosacral region buttocks. This makes easy make wrong diagnosis.
